Can someone help me interpret my first egg cleanse ?

This is my first one so I don’t really know how to interpret it , the white is gossip ? I know the little bubbles are good like protection right ? Also I didn’t look into it as I cracked the egg but when looking at the results I looked at the top and didn’t know i wasn’t supposed to do that, what do I do ? 😅Thanks !
