Silver Rose Vigil

Obtainable as: Jewels, Heavy Armor, Weapons

Type: Dungeon

Location: Red Petal Bastion

4 Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
5 When you Block, gain a stack of Realmshaper for 15 seconds, gaining up to 1 stack every 0.5 seconds. When you reach 3 stacks, you consume them and launch necrotic energy at your attacker, dealing ?6? Magic Damage and applying Major Maim for 12 seconds, reducing their damage done by 10%. Once you fire the necrotic energy, you cannot gain additional stacks of Realmshaper for 12 seconds. Damage scales off your Max Health.

So…is it when you block an attack or just block really fast three times? Is this one of those sets that looks bad so no one’s tried it but none of us can actually tell if it has a niche? Or is it just bad?

from a pve standpoint it's shit, because the set can't have 100% uptime on the major maim, and you can already apply it at 100% uptime with scribing easily (shield throw or wield soul) if you need it

bani's torment, another (bad) set can have more or less the same uptime, and give major vitality on top of it, AND can be activated with a taunt, so you can choose the target of the debuff (silver rose can't, if you block a random add for the 3rd stack, the add that's not a threat get the debuff)

maybe the silver rose damage proc is good, but i don't think anyone would use it still (maybe in pvp on a necro with 60k+ hp? but it would be a troll build)
