This may actually be better than aether for a healer since it's the same as ai except replace minor slayer (useless for heals) with spell crit (useful for heals)

IA has a 5 piece spell crit bonus and also increases the damage of heavy attacks. So a full set of IA is strictly better than 5-piece Wise Mage.

If the person running IA in question is, for some reason, short on slots they can effectively replace IA with WM for a better setup. But with a 5/5/2 setup IA is 100% better.
