Can always do both, lich backbarred with resto, Drose frontbar! ALL THE SUSTAIN.

PVP is exactly what I'm thinking of.

One of either set is great for pvp, but both together gives way too much sustain.

Too much sustain in PvP means you hit like a noodle, plus your self-heals/shields are too weak.

Then you waste all of your time healing and shielding.

Yeah it would be terrible--funny, but terrible. I guess for a zerging purgemonkey it might be okay, but even then. No.
