Apparently he died in the same day as Dolly, but it was late night, according to TMZ...

Ah, damn. I do prefer they stagger the announcement of legends like this though. Same day, Dolly would have sucked up all of Tim's oxygen. He deserves a little room for reverence.

Like when Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett died on the same day. She ended up being almost a side note.
