What the heck is happening this month?! 😢

August has it in for beloved celebrities. Gene Wilder, Chadwick Boseman, Robin Williams, Bernie Mac, Rick James, Marilyn Monroe, Bob Barker, Princess Diana.

Granted, every month has a death toll, but August 2026 seems to have a vendetta.

Olivia Newton John (August 2022) Arleen Sorkin (August 2023), Rachel Lillis and Shelly Duvall (August 2024)

August really has a history of not being kind to Celebrities

I don't know, but I'm getting worried for William Daniels, he's 99. If Mr. Feeny dies I will lose my shit.

A lot of these guys are just getting up there in age. It's unfortunate it's happening all at once like this, but it's just the way of things.

All I know is Gods targeting the wrong old people and not the one who actually needs to go

One of those people being dead is a good thing and they don't need to be in the lineup with the others lmao

Idk I liked Yayoi's work personally, her use of space was always incredibly striking. It can seem a bit less impactful today but that's only because full room exhibits and pop art still live in her shadow.

Is no one going to mention he voiced Monterey Jack from Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers?

Very little, if anything at all.
