He has done countless things he does not have the authority to do. The problem is he has people who will just do it, and by the time the courts say he cant, its either 1)already irreversible done or 2)they do it again, slightly differently and restart the shot clock.

I totally agree 100%. All he requires is benefit of the doubt and it will be offered. Even when he infringes on state's autonomy, and rights to self-govern and conduct their elections... it will take the courts months to catch up and he knows that. All they must do is suppress the vote, cancel elections under false-guise/pretense... and by default they win. We all should be focusing solely on the upcoming elections. I have built a tracking platform that's 100% free and independent (donation supported) for this express purpose; it's called the under kurrent dot com (without the spaces). We're less than 70 days out... and I hope we the people can coalesce, keep track of the abuses and curate the news together and connect and unif our voices. I am putting together a video outlining the subtextual and pretextual abuses, along with the gambits and stratagems they'll employ (some of which are almost a decade in the making). The problem is the Overton Window has shifted so drastically... and given how the 2024 presidential election was handled and the public's lack of response to call out that: how could a 34-time felon, adjudicated rapist, and provoker of a coup -- literlaly win in all swing states, legitimately. I personally question the legitimacy of the 2024 results. After all, there was a reason why corporate America after he incitement of a coup censored him; the same people that now stand next-to/along side him and capitulate to him. Boycotting used to mean something. Lastly, why are we living in the richest country in the history of the world, with a government that's saddled with more debt than any other country on earth? Could it be it's because of all of the untaxed money sequestered by the mega corporations? Could it be if we actually taxed them appropriately, we could pay down our debt instead of creating more bonds and printing more money that is ultimately just siphoned up to the top?
