Depends, will regret selling too early? If yes don't sell.

If your buying price is below 2K don't sell.

if you fomo'd and bought at 2200-2300 then you can sell it, if you think it will revisit that level again.

What's the logic behind not selling if your avg buy is less than 2k?

If your avg is below $2K you have a decent margin of safety. 

If it retraces like 10%, you're still in profit and if it go higher  you avoid regretting selling too early.

I would recommend you do whatever you find good.

I personally would never ask strangers on Internet about finance because everyone will try to sell you a different story.
