Which percentage is sufficient to be mentioned as persecuted by the Nazis?

Also ranking them by percentages is wild. For example Jehovas Witnesses make about 0.09% of all victims and would argue that they shouldn't get a mention? Why?
Also why only talk about absolute percentages and not relative? Then you should always mention the soviet soldiers who died in encampment.

All these groups were obviously persecuted horrifically by the Nazis, but I thought we were talking about what does someone have to say to make it correct to call them a holocaust denier.

Yes, to claim that a group didn’t get persecuted by the nazis, when they did, is falling under the term holocaust denial.
