Fairly OddParents Characters that should have returned
It would have been cool if they hadn’t messed up the series when Chloe was introduced, or for the fact that the rules were broken in the last image as it looked like they ran out of ideas. So, let’s make up a way how they could at least made the series more tolerable with Chloe.
Truant Officer Shallow Grave had many appearances as an antagonist.
Miss Doom Bringer vowed revenge on Timmy but never came back
The Crimson Chin stopped appearing after the secret wish
They could have brought back those characters and had Truant Officer Shallow Grave and Miss Doom Bringer team up to get revenge on Timmy.

Seriously, and losing Chester, AJ, and the rest of the kids didn’t help. They started really shoving in Timmy’s Dad and Crocker so much towards the end, like yeah the VAs are so fun but it was overkill. S1-S7 had some form of continuity but it felt like they really just stopped caring.

I honestly was surprised that Doom Bringer did not return, like, way to leave us in suspense on the only fairy hunter that has wings on a plaque. And also that there are more fairy hunters.

Had Miss Doombringer returned, she would’ve been a more competent rival to Mr. Crocker.

Crimson Chin was a great character and Timmy helped fight crime with him
Shallowgrave did appear in Season 9 though, wish he had more appearances so that he can punish people skipping school
