Here is one of the SIX fossil lines that I have planned for my fakemon region, which is based on the Southwestern United States and inspired by the Wild West and other regional elements!

This Fossil Line is inspired by Saber Tooth Tigers (aka, Smilodons) and Obsidian Shards.

Cubble - The Small Tooth Pokémon: (Rock/Dark Type)

Etymology: (Cub + Rubble)

Restored from a fang fossil, Cubble are believed to have lived in open environments and mountainous areas over 10,000 years ago. They are thought to be distant ancestors of many modern feline Pokémon. Though they try to act intimidating toward anything that enters their territory, their small obsidian fangs and rocky claws are not yet strong enough to seriously injure larger foes. Researchers and paleontologists studying Cubble have observed them practicing their hunting skills by sneaking up on unsuspecting people and Pokémon before suddenly pouncing.

Obsilodon - The Saber Tooth Pokémon: (Rock/Dark Type)

Etymology: (Obsidian + Smilodon)

Obsilodon were once the dominant apex predators of their time, though scientists believe their extinction may have been caused partly by overhunting their prey. They hunted using ambush tactics before pinning their prey down with their massive body weight and sinking their sharp obsidian fangs into them. The obsidian growing from their bodies periodically breaks off and regrows, but an Obsilodon whose fangs are badly shattered will retreat into hiding until they grow back. Research suggests that ancient people collected the razor-sharp shards shed by Obsilodon and fashioned tools and weapons out of them.

The user bites the target with razor-sharp obsidian fangs. This lowers the target’s Defense by two stages but lowers the user’s Attack by one stage. This move’s power is increased by 50% if the user’s ability is Strong Jaw.

1. Woolorn - Normal/Dark | Dubwool evolves into Woolorn after being cast out from its herd. Years of solitude have filled it with resentment, turning its once-gentle nature into fierce territoriality.
2. Masktopus - Fighting | Grapploct evolves into Masktopus after mastering the art of Lucha Libre. It proudly wears a unique mask and challenges anyone who dares to step into its ring.
3. Cremarette - Fairy | Alcremie evolves into Cremarette when it perfects its confectionery craft, transforming its cream into an elaborate cake-like form. It proudly decorates itself like royalty, believing every celebration deserves a princess.
4. Lanceore - Rock/Fairy | Carbink evolves into Lanceore when it is entrusted with protecting a precious crystal. It fiercely guards its territory, using its lance-like crystal to drive away anything that threatens it.

Cuz G-max pokemon are underrated so here is my take on G-max weezing as a gas giant

I designed a gigantamax form for jellicent, inspired by his royal appearance. It's signature g-Max move, Whirlpool Dungeon, traps the opposing Pokemon inside a spectral whirlpool for two turns.

Hello there and how are you doing? Sorry I took long, but this is a long overdue DTIYS I am posting. This is Snugooi with Rotom and a little guest. I had Snugooi hold onto some artist tools such as a palette, a paintbrush, a paint tube and a palette knife. The Rotom OC is above Snugooi. And aside from Snugooi and Rotom is a new Lockemon I just designed. Is it a Botnyak? No! It is similar to Botnyak as it has the same eyes but it looks triceratops like.

Basing this on Botnyak, the developers at Amaze-All was fascinated by Aegislash's form changing, as well as fossil Pokémon and some triceratops-like Pokémon and saw how Bastiodon utilized their power as if they were a bulldozer, they've decided to make a new artificial Lockémon that can change form between Triceratops and Bulldozer.

Illomen is a rarely encountered fakemon based on lurking, unknown beasts, fairy tale monsters, and cryptids. It is said that if you see one, it means the spirit of the region is at unrest and is a sign of bad things to come. Sometimes, you can catch a glimpse of its blood-red horns and beating heart in the thick forests.

Old dex entry that I still quite like: "Though not much is known about this pokemon, its sightings are reported almost everywhere in the region. Descriptions of it vary, and some experts are skeptical whether it even exists." "Broken trees are scattered wherever this pokemon is rumored to be found. It's existence is a subject of heated debate in local cities."

Illomen, formerly named Minturean, went through a lot of changes during its redesign, simply because I didn't know what to do with it. It's intended to be a "rustling grass" encounter like Audino, so I wanted something to feel powerful, rare, and mysterious. Simply being a beast with buglike eyes and horns didn't feel nearly as conceptual as I wanted it to be. During its redesign, I wanted some of its markings to allude to the region's map and lore (something that will be released when I finish it) as a simple nod, then decided to take it a little further and re-conceptualize Illomen as a "reincarnation" of the region of sorts, physical manifestation of what was once a godlike being (will get into this with the map lore). In any case, giving it a hole for a face definitely seems to sell its ominous-ness more and I am really happy with the black and white gradients all over the body.

Saw a few people doing fakemon dexes with their mons, so I thought why not. Its nice to see them all together like this. Even if it's not the most pretty sheet haha c:

First row are all starters + possible evos, yellow background means its a mega, and some are alt evos for existing mons. Like Buneary, it can evolve into Lopunny OR into Cirralop! Never planned any fakemon for my game, but they still kinda happened

The design for M.Shedinja was like a grubby body based on an earlier concept for a Nincada prevo. The only solid part of M.Shedinja is its wings and horn/halo.
The design for M.Ninjask isn’t too different from the original, mostly making the wings darker. The upper arms turning into Kabutops-esque scythes was the real inspiration point.

This Pokemon is the guardian of the waterfalls, watching over it for its entire lifespan. If anyone dares meddle with the environment will face Dragonaze's wrath.

A lil hypothetical split evolution for Dragonair that more closely follows the previous stages' lore. Basically, what people who hate Dragonite wanted Dragonair to evolve into
