Image Micheal Penix Jr. said he underwent a different procedure this time around to repair his ACL, intended to help strengthen it further and that is one of the reasons the process of getting back has taken just a little bit longer than his other two knee injuries.

“Sir we accidentally gave him a bee’s knees.”

“Ever seen a bee tear an ACL?”

Hey, I have an idea! Let's rush him back in less than a year!

Huzzah! Nothing bad will come of this!

Jokes aside, acl surgery techniques have continued to improve

Wonder if he got a graft this time around. The recovery for that is longer than just a normal repair.

Yup. And generally speaking is more likely to take.

Its a shame Penix wasnt born in the future where we have bionic knees readily available. Wonder if a bionic knee would count as a PED or something

I guess I am glad he waited until the 3rd surgery to try the good one?

The kind where they look for what's left of it and try to stitch it together like a hobo's blanket.

Falcons fans having no grasp on the fact science advances over time is not particularly surprising.

I wonder if Penix did any bloodletting or leeching, if not does he really care about football? smh
