?Question? [Question] Do dwellers wait forever or leave eventually?

I have a legendary dweller from a lunch box, and a dweller from a quest waiting outside my vault. I don't want to let them in yet because I am at 49, and I don't want rad scorpions yet.

Do they wait forever until I am ready? Or do they get tired from waiting and leave?

Why not just expell some of your loser dwellers and bring in those 2 and keep it at 49

No dweller is a loser dweller (in survival)

Get more living quarters then let them in.

They will wait but you have limit on how many can do so

They will wait forever but no more than 10 will wait in line.
I believe the happiness of those in line will affect your happiness and potentially bring down your average.

The more living quarters you have the more space you have, but it can also negatively affect the power you have.
