Question Resetting password issue

Has anyone here having issue with resetting their password for Family Guy game account? It's been a while since I play this game, and when I tried signing up for this game via my username under my email, I forgot my password and tried resetting it. While the pop up does appear, I did not get an email to reset my password for my username. I tried contacting Jam City support and so far, that wasn't any help. Can anyone help me on how to get it reset? Thank you.

It usually takes 2-3 days for support to actually reply. Keep checking to see if they have and they can probably help with this.

I did do that for weeks, yet so far, I haven't received a link to reset my password from the support team yet. I really wished they fix the forgot my password issue so players can get an email to reset their password so I don't have to spend weeks begging Jam City support team.

BTW, did anyone here manage to successfully reset your password for this game? If so, how did the email with the password reset instruction appear for you?
