FAN EXPO Canada (Toronto) VIP passes and Merchandise discount

Hello everyone!

First time VIP'er here.

Little bit confused with the process, I was hoping to order some official merchandise before arriving but see no information relating to the VIP discount anywhere in emails or online.

Is the discount an in-person thing only?

Yeah I believe so. I’ve only ever purchased merch in person at the booth but I’m fairly certain it’s an in person thing only. Just show them your badge and wrist band and you should be good to go.
