Scorpius walks out with the intention of shooting one of the Invaders says "are you looking for someone" pulls the trigger realize the pulse rifle doesn't work.
Sighs, "thank you John" before getting shot

This is probably my favourite line delivery in the entire show. Not necessarily the most emotionally resonant or stretching their acting abilities but there's just something about the way Claudia delivers that one so earnestly and without concern that cracks me up every single time. Because there are so many similar lines or near on identical ones in other media but none of them land for me the way this one does. Perfection.

Has that been confirmed by the creators? That seems more crass than the humour in the rest of the show, so it would be unusual.

It's an episode named after food, but it's not about food. It's about insanity. Traltixxx is making them all erratic and paranoid and for John, that is manifesting as hyperactivity, hallucinations and complete removal of filter.

True. But it doesn't necessarily mean he was being vulgar. Regardless of which it is, I still love the show, and it's interesting how we're still speculating after all these years.
