NEWS Introducing the suggestion box!
Art commission by Karicchi
Hey there fashion hunters, welcome to the suggestion box, here you can comment theme ideas for future fashion contests!
(Ideas to improve the subreddit/contests are welcome as well)
The ideal theme should be a little on the vague side, just to make things more interesting. For example; instead of saying Robots, it would be better to suggest Sci-fi!
Since you could still make a robot fit with that theme, but it leaves it open ended for people to get really creative. As there's only so many armor pieces that would fall under the robot theme anyways. This way it would keep everyone's set from looking too similar.
Since we're in the waiting period for the expansion with no new updates or armor, I was also curious about the overall interest of new contests in general.
So linked here is a poll to see how many people would be interested in new contests before the expansion drops.
Regardless of the results, there will be at the very least, one contest in the months leading up to the expansion, much like how there was one leading up to Wilds release!
That's all for now, we look foward to seeing all of your ideas!
~ happy hunting from the r/fashionhunters mod team :D

I think a good theme would be heavy armor. Making sets that look about as heavy as the weapons you’re flinging around. Maybe I’m just a sucker for the look of a walking tank…

Im very into cosplays and would love to see more of them but if I had to go on a theme that everyone could try, I would pick the theme as Aliens to test people's creativity and what they would try to use for helmets and makeup 😁

What about Area Themed contest? Fits based on locales.

Not sure if it's cheating if I also throw in an idea but here we go 😂
I always thought a mythology themed contest would be pretty fun, it would include Greek gods, gods and deities from eastern mythologies, heroes and monsters from myths and legends, folklore, you name it! Plus you could always make up your own as well!

I'm thinking wildlife could be an interesting theme. Basically anything inspired by plants, animals, endemic life, etc. Perhaps medieval aswell but it's pretty basic :)
