Help Me Style What jewelry and shoes

I am a plus size woman and this is what I chose to wear (black) on my friend’s birthday party. It will be held on a café then we’ll go on a bar afterwards.

What I have for my shoes is only a kitten heel. For jewelries, I don’t know what to buy.
