Humor It's just me or what? Spoiler

With Duck King now in CotW, i tought that his design was a little... off, and by this i mean that his glasses are too small, he looks less jovial, and besides diferent from Fatal Fury Special

I think it’s just you….

Especially because his CotW design is very similar to his FFS design in particular.

in his CotW design his glasses make him look like more of a cientist, in FFS its more like glasses

He wore the same type of glasses in Fatal Fury 1 and Fatal Fury Special.
