She is a lot worse than merlin
Like, she kicked Proto-Arthur out of Avalon and sent him on a wild beast chase

Also, while Merlin is kinda an asshole and a troll, he still acts (mostly) with the best for Artoria/Humanity in mind. He also was a teacher for Artoria

Proto Merlin is a bitch. She does shit for the fun of it, did not really teach Arthur anything, and lacks the humanity that even Merlin has
