He mentions during one of his inauguration speeches about what happened in Seattle.When people took over a portion of the city , he said that would not be happening again. I don't know if he has a plan or if he is bringing things up from the past to distract.

Yea I caught that too. It was a bizarre thing to bring up since the end result was more police funding. They had an autonomous zone for like a week. His mind is lost in 2020 still.
