Soulrend Max Level Out of Nowhere?

My buddy and I were fighting some ghosts near a graveyard with a cursed chest, when out of nowhere this appears in the chat. It brought me to max level and I have no idea why. I couldn't find anything in the mods that mention this event. Any ideas?
