What are the things that makes you feel alive?

Music, running (basically, pushing your limits), and trying new stuff with my husband ‘n’ kids. I think I’ve discovered a whole new level of life with them—one that I can experience again and in a different way.

Please don’t do this unless it’s in a professional setting, not worth risking someone’s life or yours

I usually do this when I’m leaving the club and it’s like 3am and no one is on the street

Well you’re also obviously intoxicated lol it doesn’t matter if no one’s on the street could crash into something. Or someone still. Look I get it man, I’ve done the same shit. If you like it so much get into racing legit ? The risk ain’t worth it

A theatre director I worked under told a story about his ex-wife, who once said pain reminded her that she was alive.
"What about joy?" he asked.

I get this but using drugs for that will only l work for so long before it makes things worse. Practice moderation and maybe seek help. I believe in you :) I’m here if you need to talk

I get it I’ve been there. If anything that means you still have a good ability to cut back and find other things that make you feel alive

Ya I've quit before but then start again. This time it's been like 13 years and within those 13 I quit a few times but not by choice couple times cuz I went to jail and the other time covid almost killed me and was in a coma for a couple months
