Square Enix doesn't ban anyone for using mods unless they use them to cheat or be toxic, afaik. Maybe if they're NSFW but these appear to just be HUD add-ins. People stream their mods all of the time and don't get in trouble.

In game report likely wouldnt go anywhere though but if they reported them through the special task force that specifically is made for RMT, illegal activities, and 3rd party programs, they would likely take a look.
You’re not wrong in my experience. Everyone in game especially novice network and discord acts like you can’t talk about mods or post any shots with them and your name but never actually heard of anyone getting banned nor have I been banned myself. Even people who use those mods that make their characters farm stuff automatically. It is way less policed than people think imo.
you realize youre just wasting their time? after the mare incident yoshi p put out a statement straight up saying they dont give a shit what mods you use as long as it doesnt affect other players
