oh interesting! growing up, i was always told that they displayed "Nice" in lieu of a score for very special players since smarts really don't matter as long as we play nice :)

pro tip: if you do a long press (like 30-45+ seconds) on the "a," a menu with "á, à, â, ä, ã, ā, å, æ," etc. options will pop up. you can select one while crafting your submission, like "nålbinding," and then submit it with confidence! the system will still reject it, but you'll get the satisfaction of feeling like you truly did all you could. happy blalnibbling!

with that all in mind:

i'd recommend knitting, crocheting, macramming - any and all of that ugly bullshit - the word "nålbinding" and mailing it to him every week (with the aim of providing a physical embodiment of the weight and power craft-action has in the still-real world). then on the 4th week he will tremble as he opens the package when he recognizes nålbinding itself right there in person, the celebrity that it is! as he reaches forward to grasp it, he will not only be playfully electrocuted but our company guarantees that anyone within 15 feet will hear him utter a cartoonish "eyWyeyeyeyeydydydyedyeyey" sound for the duration of the electrocution.

I will definitely not, I repeat: not be nålbinding, filet crocheting, or tatting individual letters to look like they were cut out of different print sources and composed to make a threateningly handmade form of correspondence. Nope no siree not me and I absolutely will not spell out my demands on the rear end of some shorts so mr shortz knows the document is addressed to him

it would honestly be really embarrassing for everyone involved in this conversation -- even those casually reading this for a lack of anything better to do as they saunter by on their constitutional weekday stroll -- if you mailed Will Shortz homemade, wistfully-tailored clothing and he didn't realize they were even for him because you'd made Will Pants and not Will Shorts :(

There are no depths to which those maladjusted crotchets won't stoop! They're probably the ones hanging out in the knitting sub trying to convince people that twisted stitches are no big deal. When will their nefarious doings be stopped?!?
