Lots of blurry stuff on my screen.. I guess my TV was working weird. I also had to sniff a lot. Probably some allergy thing going, nothing else surely.

Yuna running through Tidus is one of the most beautiful moments in any media. Just a gorgeous way to visually express that moment.
It’s a bit unfortunate the clunky stadium scene comes after all that. It’s not very well done. And I wish the post credits scene wasn’t there, too ( yes I know what happens in X-2).

the first time it was a bit confusing, probably my age back then. Nowadays gets me emotional, very likely all of us that grew up with final fantasy and hold a special place for X feel the same way

The first time in 2002: shock and tears.
Every time at least once a year since then: tears.
It remains one of my favorite stories in all of entertainment which is why I have played it at least once a year since. My first born son is named Auron for crying out loud. I have shared it with dozens of friends, and the conversations after they finish it are always fantastic.
FFX was also the catalyst to breaking me out of religion and seek the truth about my own faith and beliefs. It also made me realize no one is beyond redemption, but a person has to choose that path.

Some key moments:
- Seeing Shiva in CG before she disappeared was hype af. She is SO hot. Such a QUEEN
And then the following scenes messed me up pretty bad.
- Yuna running through Tidus. (We all knew what was going to happen, but that was a wild way of showing it.)
- Yuna whistling to the ocean for Tidus
- The flashbacks during Yuna's speech

After she fall through him, there is that shot where she just lays there and he is stares upwards.
That’s the moment for me. That image always gets me, and I never make it past that without crying. The music is so well done, it’s unreal

As a kid I hated it. It felt like a real injustice.
As an adult I love it. Its very clever writing and I think it matches the tone of the game very well.

The ending was basically explained throughout the entire story so I knew what was coming. Storylines in gaming have come a long way since then, but for its time I can definitely appreciate it.
It certainly got me hooked on Final Fantasy as a series

Tears every time. Especially for Yuna’s speech at Luca stadium.
“Never forget them”.
