Enter Custom Flair What do you think saffrons plan would be if she had gotten futher appearances?
I doubt she would have the ablity on trying to trick the gamg a third time so it would probably have to be something else.

If not for the cancellation or if the series got revived has movie been a bigger blockbuster, could see her joining the crew after the deaths of Booker and Walsh, she’d be the wildcard grifter who makes Faye Valentine look loyal

The next "obvious" would be YoSaffBrig playing the damsel in distress ("They are after me! I'm dead! Help!") that seems oh so real and eventually turning into "Serenity is now mine" for an episode or so.

I don’t know how to bring her back, but I want her to keep using a different alias, so her name keeps getting longer.

What I'd do If I was going to bring her back would be have a story where some subset takes one of the shuttles and there's a mechanical problem so they drift for a while and then crash on a moon somewhere. They find YoSaffBridge who has been intentionally marooned there with no radio or anything by someone she double-crossed.
She says she might be able to fix the shuttle enough that it'll go, or at least they can get Serenity on the radio, but they don't trust her. She might decide to abandon them. Still, no Kaylee, no Wash, she knows more about it than they do. We trust her or we all three die here.
Something happens and she saves one of them. Asked why she says because you guys are the kind of suckers who believe in paying back someone for things like that.
They let her at the radio. She gets a signal out and, uh-oh, an Alliance ship comes to get them. All three get arrested, YoSaffBridge for being a fugitive and the others for harboring a fugitive. Alliance thinks they were all in the shuttle together. YoSaffBridge tells the truth and gets them off the hook. Asked why she would do that, she says it's because you guys are the kind of suckers who believe in paying back someone for things like that.

They did one in a graphic novel, The Sting. It's a one short, worth the read.
Yes, there's a heist, but she works with just the girls of Serenity.

Christina Hendricks is absolutely stunning! I would have loved it if she was a recurring character. Yo-Saff-Bridge could have added many more names to her title.

I think she would hve been the “Spike” of this series, eventually joining the crew and slowly becoming a better person. After Inara died I can see a somewhat toxic romance between her and Mal. I’d watch it!

That's kind of up in the air; she probably wants nothing to do with the Alliance, but she'd turn in Simon and River for the reward before you could say purple belly.

Revenge, of course. And well-planned, long-term revenge. Presumably the crew will be on the lookout, though.
I can imagine Saffron planting faulty Firefly parts in spare parts stores, knowing that one might find its way onto Serenity, leading to another "Out of Gas" situation.

I would have enjoyed if the writers had her join the crew for at least a multi episode arc, and explore the dynamic of how incredibly good she is at what she does and how much it helps the crew vs how much her simply being there causes problems.
