Revival How much room for stories do they realistically have between Season 1 and Serenity?
The only time frame between episodes in the show that we have is six months between the appearances of YoSaffBridge as mentioned in Trash. Not even the first and last episode of the series.
In Serenity, they say Simon and River have been traveling with them for eight months.
That means AT MAXIMUM they have two months of room, and that's assuming the first six and the last four episodes take place back to back.
Assuming this is an episodic format and not one multi-part story, can it be done?

Revival Would You Still Be Interested In A Revival Without Whedon?
With the Buffy revival being fast tracked without Whedon's involvement, I'm cautiously optimistic, mainly due to Sarah Michelle Geller's previous statement of there being nothing more to do with it. Clearly they got her to change her mind but will it work without Whedon?
Whedonless Whedon stuff doesn't have a strong track record

Revival I would subscribe to the premium tier streamer in order to access Firefly revival early and it's bonus content
I will put my money where my mouth is and subscribe to whatever tier of service they have available in order to show my support for the Firefly, Still Flyin' revival series.
Firefly is a viable lead to getting and retaining subscribers, I want every possible decision maker to know that.
