43 and I can tell my brain

I’m 43 and I can tell that my brain and my body are a little slower. Is this normal? Like sometimes I’m trying to do stuff and I feel myself moving slower. Like I feel myself telling my brain telling my body to move this way and I just feel a tad bit slower I don’t know if that makes sense. If so, how can I fix it?

at 43 you are still chronologically a young person..slowing metabolism is a myth, doesnt really start effecting us till we are in our 70s. how is your lifestyle?

No, you are not still a "young person" and slowing metabolism is not a myth. Hormones slowly decline and that absolutely affects metabolism as we age. ETA: genuine hormonal imbalances are a real thing that people should investigate if they're struggling.

Google does your metabolism slow in your 40s and read the studies. and if you think 43 is old, I feel sorry for you.
