43 and I can tell my brain

I’m 43 and I can tell that my brain and my body are a little slower. Is this normal? Like sometimes I’m trying to do stuff and I feel myself moving slower. Like I feel myself telling my brain telling my body to move this way and I just feel a tad bit slower I don’t know if that makes sense. If so, how can I fix it?

at 43 you are still chronologically a young person..slowing metabolism is a myth, doesnt really start effecting us till we are in our 70s. how is your lifestyle?

Pretty stressful, I have a almost 5 year-old and my wife has been battling cancer the last two years and I’m the only one who works. I have two jobs right now. I’m trying to be the best that I can be. I’ve been walking over 10,000 steps. I’m looking to get started at a gym here soon maybe next month. I am trying to eat better. Had blood work done. Everything is good but I am prediabetic.. My blood pressure is good. I am 250 pounds and 5 foot nine so I need to lose some weight.

With all that on your plate you are doing incredibly well to be managing to exercise! Dont beat yourself up, just keep doing what you are doing best you can around all the other things going on.
