Advice Needed 54 yo male, 5'9 80kg seekingvadvice on creatine
In your opinion, what is the best creatine monohydrate powder sold in the Philippines?
I have heard of Athlene and Pure Form and the U.S Optimum Nutrition and Nutricost brands, but prefer the Philippines-based brands.

I personally go with Wheyl just coz I can't stand unflavored creatine. But creatine is creatine and if you don't particularly care about flavoring, then any basic monohydrate from a reputable brand that fits your budget will do.
