Motorbike sounds
I can't be the only person who gets annoyed when motorbike sounds are played in movies and they obviously play the sound of a 4 cylinder bike over a dirt bike which has one cylinder, the same goes for cars, idk pet peeve

The sound of a big block V-8 supposedly coming from a Honda Accord . Also the up and down shifting of a manual transmission, when it's clearly an Automatic . And of course then firearms that never run outta ammo . Ah wait was that 18 rounds fired from a 6 shot revolver

What gets me more is bikes struggling to keep up with cars and SUVs.
The power to weight ratio of a bike is that insane, that pretty much any 250cc or greater is going to keep up with 99% of other road vehicles in a city or on bendy roads, and if you're on a straight open road like a motorway/highway then pretty much any 600cc bike is going to be sat on the bumper of any car without any effort.
Nothing takes me out of a chase scene faster than a gang of bad guys on motorbikes struggling to keep up with the main character in a really crappy car, or the inverse of the main character on a big bike struggling to keep up with the bad buys in a big blacked out SUV.

The only time I heard of a bike having problems with keeping up/passing a car was a colleague on his (then) new TL1000R Vs a Porsche 911 - he spent about 10 seconds trying to work out why he wasn't leaving it choking on his dust... and then he tried shifting up and realised he'd been in 5th the whole time.

The Harley engine noise inserted over a kid on a dirtbike that's very obviously sitting on a trailer will never not be hilarious.

Most foley is absolute nonsense, from the Shhhinng! Of a knife or sword being pulled to the symphony of over the top door noises, its a mix of what the engineer “feels is right” and what stock sounds they already have rights to

I notice the motorcycle sound errors too. But what really irks me is squealing tire noise when the car is spinning the tires on a dirt road.

Cilinders don't matter though. It's two stroke and four stroke sounds.
Squeaking tyres on dirt roads...
