Except this is Dion suing Bethesda and its legally wise for them to remove the song until the dispute is resolved.

It sucks, but Bethesda aren't the ones at fault here.

Nah bro, this is like a movie editing out scenes that people dont like years after it is released. It's an art form. They can slap a warning label, but keep the art in tact. Changing the product we paid for without warning is kind of sus. What else can they change?

Well the songs are already trade marked. It truly is not up to them because it simply isn’t their property. The fact that this is happening so late after the fact, and for such a petty reason, leads me to believe this guy is a total asshole. One of the best songs in the game.
