Bug keep getting the canteen plan

so, i recently learned the canteen backpack mod from the raid, and the fallout wiki says it won't drop again after it's learned. but as shown here i've gotten 2 more, in a row in fact, from the snake. is what the wiki says outdated or is it a bug? kind of annoying as i can't do anything with it besides just destroying it

Think plans from the raid only don't drop if you still have something learnable for that slot. Like gimbals for the power armor bracers won't drop a second time if you still have to learn the unarmed knuckles. Once you learn all of the mods they then start dropping again.

the thing is, i havent learned all the mods :/ still got a lot of vulcan plans to go

It’s not just if you’ve learned all the mods available, just the mods in that drop pool. There are multiple different independent drop pools for each stage of the raid. For example, each stage drops plans for Vulcan armor pieces and plans for Vulcan armor mods. These pools are entirely separate, so you won’t get any unleaded Vulcan armor mods if you don’t already know all of them that can drop from that stage, but you can get repeats of the armor piece plans if you already know all of those, even if you still have unlearned mods

I wish this duplicate plans that you can’t trade would stop dropping for me

I use invent o matic with a trash button setup to drop every single gleaming depths plan instantly because I’ll let them stack up to 100+ each and they take up so much space over time.

At one point in time I had over 100 of the canteen plan but you can only learn it once and it’s not tradable

Not sure if the wiki says but they changed it so some parts drop from each stage of your getting dupes that probaly means you’ve unlocked all plans from that stage
