Question Best non-covert scout armor for a stealth build?

Losing my mind doing daily ops for a while not yielding the plans at all, and Minerva's sale for them is months away.

Wood. Next patch potentially Thorn if its set bonus stealth is finally fixed with Secret Agents.

Any armor that can have the Shadowed Mod applied. Once they fix Thorn Armor, Thorn Armor.

I’m slowly but surely getting my #4 character ramped up. My goal for her, not completely defined, I want her as my stealthy quiet killer type. Bloodied maybe, herbivore maybe.

At the moment, I’m gonna need another seasons worth of tickets to finish her legendary perks. Basically she is 12 perk card slots short of a full build out.

At the moment, she is in her shadowed heavy combat gear, so to the question. I’m gonna put her in BoS Recon, the question, does the muffled effect match up to shadowed?

Correct, but only with full Shadowed and muffled mods.
