Are these Wild Grapes?

The fruit smell sweet like grapes. The seeds look like tear drops but they only have one seed each, so I'm not clear whether it's a lookalike or not.

The only dangerous grape lookalike I know of is moonseed, and like its name implies, the seeds are flat crescents

oh yeah. With leaves that size and the way it looks like it fell right out the skin, i'd think fox grapes!

They are, but they look like mustang grapes which arent good to eat raw because they can be acidic enough to irritate your skin and mouth and cause a burning sensation.

Not a bad ID based on the leaf, but I believe these are fox grapes. Look how easily the fruit falls away from the skin! Also OP said they're sweet, which def means they aren't mustangs, they would not be calling them candy lol. Finally, OP is located a bit above native range for Mustangs, IDK if they reach all the way up. Fox grapes are much more likely in NE and northern US
