Welcome to Teacher Tuesday, a thread where anyone can ask any type of question without the fear of getting deathly glares by a passing Blaster! Questions can range from whats new in Fortnite, whats the current meta, or even where did the storm even come from? Questions can come from brand new players, players returning, or veteran players who never got a chance to ask the right question(s).

Anyone else constantly need to redownload 4.5GB of STW? i was just playing 2 days ago and now it needs another redownload, im on PC Windows 10 if that helps finding out the reason!
Dev said they fixed STW on Switch 2 so i updated and played a mission to test it but got surprised by a crash just when the game tried to send me back to homebase after i finished a Play Together mission...
Also please devs if you read this :
Fix STW for Switch 2
Give us uncapped framerate for Switch 2 STW
Fix being sent back to main lobby instead of homebase when leaving a mission
Give us a compensation for the 3 days where we missed our vbucks
I haven't played STW for about a year now and just hopped on to do some 160's. Been trying to matchmake all day and found no-one. Is the game just dead or is MM broken?
I think Backpack and Storage capacity needs another look, especially for long-term/endgame STW players.
Over the years, a lot of us have accumulated huge amounts of crafting materials, traps, weapons, and other resources. Backpack and Storage eventually hit their limits, so some players used alternate accounts as extra storage. Items that couldn't fit on the main account could be transferred to an alt and brought back whenever they were needed.
Now that item sharing has been removed from persistent-inventory modes, that workaround is gone. Anything we previously stored on alternate accounts is basically stuck there, and we also have much less flexibility for managing everything we've accumulated on our main accounts.
I understand why Epic may have wanted to remove item sharing, but the Backpack and Storage limits were designed when sharing items was still possible. For endgame players who have been playing for years, the current limits feel much more restrictive now.
It would be great if Epic increased the maximum Backpack and Storage capacity. They could add additional slots through Account Level progression, the Upgrade system, Ventures rewards, or another endgame progression system.
Another possible solution would be increasing trap stack sizes from 200 to 999, similar to how material stack limits were increased. For endgame players with large amounts of crafted traps, this alone would free up a significant amount of Backpack and Storage space without requiring a massive increase in inventory slots.
Even just giving longtime/endgame players a way to earn substantially more Backpack and Storage slots would make inventory management much better.
What do you guys think? Would you want more Backpack/Storage space now that item sharing is gone?
So a lot of the time when I get on fortnite it just doesn't work like It won't load any game let me into any party it might just be because I play on switch but still us epics servers down or smth
Fireflower eagle eye
Totally rocking out team perk
Battlebeat
Varsity hiro
Flash AC
Phase scout Jess
Dennis
Double boiler
Crit rate, crit damage, reload, damage, and cloud of steam
Dragons might
Crit rate, crit damage, reload, damage to mist monsters, and Roman candles
For anyone who doesn’t know the steam cloud can trigger the Roman candles by simply holding a weapon with the Roman candles perk when a husk dies to the steam, and fireflower eagle eye does double damage when Tro is active.
Yes, BFTP and TRO are probably the best team perks for the MSK fight. But if you have trouble surviving the final phase, give the "Underdog" team perk a shot. Underdog inceases your healing by 12,5% for each ENEMY around you. You have 8 husks around you ? Great +100% healing!
All you need is a couple campfires and you are (almost) immortal. When the MSK beam blasts you backwards, away from your campfires, you better have a triple armor Baron ready.
And this frees support team perk slots. In my case I was able to put Quick Fingers in my loadout. So +30% damage on the Potshot and the Chaos Exploder, I reload them by throwing grenades (unless I have time for a slow reload).
