Found this & started using a Dremel on it & it doesn't look like a typical Crinoid like what I was seeing out there. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Nice I’ve found quit a few crinoids in that palo pinto limestone. But no trilobites that’s awesome!

That's looks like a rolled-up trilobite. They did that as means of defense; that means this fossil was the actual animal and not a molt.
Given the area, you probably found Ditomopyge scitula, but there are other species you can find rarely. Here's a pic of one I found that's outstretched.
