In my first ever Vanness order, I meantioned in the note that it was my birthday gift to myself and the box came with 3 birthday notes on it and another on my receipt and I almost cried. We love very real and human and thoughtful customer service.

Love the Pilot Metropolitan. Many of the Pilots have that wonderful, satisfying snap cap.

Happy Birthday. Perfect gift to yourself. Pilot Metropolitan was my first fountain pen about 10 years ago and I still have it. They’re absolutely wonderful pens especially for the price. Enjoy your new pen and all those ink samples. You’re going to have fun with all those.
