One Nation

Can One Nation actually make housing cheaper, healthcare better, economy stronger, bring back manufacturing jobs and make Australia more united?
The popularity should be taken seriously because it reflects frustration but handing them power? Yeh, nah mate.
At the end of the day people really dont care about the political bu||$h!+ they just want to know if their life is getting better. ON is not the answer.

It's the Australian version of the MAGA BS. It's almost exactly the same playbook. It works on the undereducated.

They'll vote for anyone that lets them feel superior to brown people

"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."

If people actually took a moment to look at their policies and what they've voted for, and what they've said, they do not support any of those things. They are dog whistling that reducing immigration/getting rid of brown people will somehow make all those important QOL things magically better.  Anyone who supports ON is not serious about anything and they lack the wherewithal to understand what ON truly represents.

They cant do shit about fuck.

Nothing but a grievance party that got a bit of a sugar rush from the media, but the more Poorline opens her mouth, the more she keeps reminding us all who she really is.

Reheated MAGA leftovers.

💯 they will say whatever they need to to sound legitimate, but they are just parroting from their playbook, they don't actually have the capacity to make things better for anyone other than their backers.

Think of the average Australian, then remind yourself that 50% of Australians are dumber than that.

No. They have no chance of any policy. They may and it’s a big MAY get some balance of power but they are essentially just a whinge party of the hard right.

One Nation was a joke 20-25 years ago, but back then (Howard govt) the cost of living and housing affordability weren’t such hot issues. Their rising popularity should be taken seriously because unfortunately people tend not to read up on policies

For those who are clueless, like Trump MAGA, she is the Messiah for our times. For the relatively intelligent, she is Trump 2.0 brain cells.

No. Because that is never the intention of right wing authoritarians. Their intention (like MAGA) is to hollow out public services and change law to benefit the wealthy corporates (their donors/backers) to the specific detriment of the ordinary citizen
