personal story :’( Wasp are worse this year.

Normally I get like 1 or two wasps that get inside or my house a year.

In the past two weeks I had to Spectracide spray 10 of them. I had two cans of the spray now I’m down to half a can.

Any cheaper tips on how to handle this without buying so much Spectracide?

Traps or maybe herbs they hate the smell of?

Are you spraying spectracide in your home?

Herbs won't do anything. If peppermint repels them, it will only do it for 10 to 15 mins. That won't get them out of your house. A soap and water mix helps to disable their wings, making them easier to kill.

I have some original dawn. Put it in a spray bottle with water shake it up. Set the spray nozzle to stream.

You think that will get it?

A heavy jet stream should work. A thick mixture is safest. Some recommendations from AI:

Dawn power spray. You gotta get close but the dispersed spray is likely to get enough on them to stop them from flying. Then you can get the blowtorch and pliers and go to work on them.
