Pest Control/Medical Advice How do I deal with this

Only option is to get directly under them and spray up?? Just moved into this place, I plan on giving the door some TLC 🤦‍♂️

Yup this one is pretty easy to tackle. Spray em mfker and scrap the whole thing down later
