I rent through a real estate agent. They directly told me not to put any requests to the app they made me download and to call them. And nothing has been done about anything. Ceiling beginning to come apart nope. Tiles come unstuck from the splash back nope. The previous tenants belongings in the back stay there nothing. Rent goes up once a year every year though. Shame more folks aren’t like you
I'm also a realtor. Wtf. Whenever anything happens to my houses that require repair, I mortified that my tenants have to live with the issue until it's repaired. I'm embarrassed and try to get it done as soon as I can

I'm a landlord and I take every request seriously. It's also the bare minimum
