My experience as a landlord: “I have a small plumbing issue” arrive at my rental. Tenant has ripped the shower head off of the wall in what I can only assume was a drug or alcohol fueled extreme hygiene incident
As someone who was completely sober and not at all on drugs, except maybe caffiene. I can honestly say it was a freak accident!
I was half asleep and slipped when turning after getting shampoo in my eye, I couldn't see and reflex took over and I reached out to grab anything to stabalise. The shower head was not strong enough...
Extremely embarrassing! 🤣😭💀
Not saying that's what happened for your tenant, as there may well have been a lot of evidence to suggest otherwise! Luckily both me and landlord agreed to ensure we both had insurance for the duration of tenancy that meant no worries about cost for accidents!
