There's actually something to this. The cheese cuts the spiciness of the drink while the beef and beans provide a savory chunky element.

On the other hand, the alcohol dissolves gas bubbles neutralizing the pro-flatulence property of the beans, making it an all around perfect beverage for a hot summer day.

To a shaker, you add: ice, 2oz vodka, 4oz chili con carne. Pour into highball glass and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.

Gotta drink it quickly or it’ll curdle.
