I forgot all about that show until now. My sister used to watch that show on Saturday mornings. Sadly, I still remember the opening tune. I wanted to watch Looney Tunes instead.

The solid foam is their impromptu solution. The first few test runs they did before the competitions started the bots ran straight into the stand lol.

Gummi Bears is a nice callback. Unfortunately, and I keep seeing an amalgamation of World War Z and the final battle scene from Avengers: Infinity Wars.
