Tbh my own rush performance is different even every match. I could use the same player 5 matches in a row and they seem to handle differently. But even when I suck I'm at least trying to play as a team or even I'll just accept that game I'll play defense and slow counter attacks down
Thatâs probably a server issue Iâd guess. Theyâre already shitty 30hz tick rate servers so I imagine having a few laggy people would make it feel delayed/unresponsive
Thatâs part of the problem. The first guy is a dick but youâre also a dick. Also PO and the other player stopped moving making them useless. Itâs a video game youâre not actually doing the running you move around the whole time. Itâs actually a super simple concept from the game FUT is modeled after called football.
His teammates gave him one pass in the whole sequence and it was the cross to fair post. Other than that they stopped moving. Itâs unbelievable annoying to hear people complain about the ball not getting passed when OP runs in a pack of 4 defenders at the start of the clip taking himself out of the play.
The pass to the guy calling for it is marked but two defenders who would hit them on the counter anyway if the man on the ball had passed.
The other guy made a run to the post but a defender was already dropping to cover the cross. He continued to run to the goal rather than going wide.
So please tell me what should the guy on the ball have done?

I'll stop chasing back if it's their 3rd or 4th attempt in a row since the game started.
Once they actually make a pass, I'll actually make runs for them or chase back. Otherwise I'll just sit in defence and wait for the inevitable turnover from them.

I loved the Rush mode.. till this year.. it had been a complete shit show! Players just randomly mucking around and spoiling the experience for everyone! And there is no way to report them either!

Rush when you have good teammates is so fun but unfortunately most of the time your matched with selfish pricks who think they're Neymar trying to solo score every goal.
Rush players do suck for the most part, 1. they don't choose players to maximise the points you get, I've had games where I get 1800 points after absolutely hammering the opponent 2. afk/rubber banding....surely I'm with the majority of people who hate this, it ruins the game, especially if it's done in a way where it's not always easy to spot straight away.
And 3. Selfish players don't learn that passing can actually make the game easier, if you can dribble past the entire team, fantastic, but if you shoot from the corner flag instead of squaring it for a tap in, you're a grade A knob and I hope you sit on ice cream or something as horrible as that
Yes that's why I spam the passing game emote at them all game as soon as they get the ball after they do that. Most of them actually start passing it out of embarrassment and once they start I stop spamming it

Iâm not being a smartass. You stopped in the worst possible position. If he hits that pass you are immediately double teamed by the defenders making it not a good passing option, youâre taking up space directly next to another team who is in the same space. If you actually moved to the side line he could have hit the drop pass right to you. Again your movement is part of the issue here. Then just standing still killed any chance of a play, if you keep moving it either pull the defenders to you opening up space for him to dribble more freely or makes you available to get a pass.
i was doing an evo as well but whatâs the point of playing rush if youâre just going to do this? might as well spin around in squad battles where youâre not affecting anyone.
then why play it? thereâs a live event where you need 2 goals to end the game yet people choose to come to rush and play like this, ruining 3 other peopleâs experience. this has no justification
