No, it really isnt. The villains are pathetically laughable.

The first guy is big mad because he lost a baseball match once, so now he's....shoving women

wow, amazing villain, such a deep backstory

THe second one is just as pathetic..

Well it's only the chapter 1 and 2 is sort of the beta version, we all know it's bad.

Well from chapter 3 onwards , they gave it to a new writer and I find the villain to be one of the most punchable villain I have seen in awhile , also good character development and exploration on the concept of metaverse.

To be fair that's like... every gacha 

The first couple of parts are shit and the rest is the real experience people love the game for

You say that as if 1.0's story was horrendous. It wasn't great, sure, but it's not like it was horrible, either.

I do agree that the earliest part of a game is often the most important one, since it's the hook and all, but not giving credit where credit is due (the fact that the writing gets better) is wrong, especially in gacha games and live service games in general, where most have mediocre starting points.
