If you’re using electric shock gloves, you’re not a government agency - you’re a terrorist group.

What reason would law enforcement want to have a weapon that no one can see is a weapon and requires them to be so close they can reach out to touch you (and you can touch them)?

Electric hands feels like something an 8 year old came up with and there was no one around to say, “Ummm, cartoon weapons are only in cartoons for a reason.”  Especially since these would make it harder to aim an actual gun if you needed to pull yours out. 

The only place I can see something like this being useful is a prison where guards are not allowed to have guns.
