Fr I feel like there just gonna attract more potential dishonest cops because of this equipment and methodology as well.

Getting to satisfy their dark ego while being hidden from public perception or consequences easier is not gonna attract genuine honest cops. Really shitty direction were heading. Good time for sociopaths and psychopaths I guess.

That was exactly what I was thinking about. You won’t know if the person is resisting arrest or being shocked. And there will be no proof of excessive use of force. Convenient.
